This retreat offers an opportunity to slow durn, turn in and come home to presence. Through daily practices, nourishing farm to table meals and time in nature, we’ll explore various tools and practices to care for ourselves and to live more freely and fully from the heart.
Cocoon Portugal is a beautiful 300 acre coastal farm less than 2 hours south of Lisbon. It’s a tranquil oasis that feels like home the moment you arrive. Here, you begin to enjoy the simple pleasures of living and being, immersed in nature and surrounded by beauty everywhere you look. We’re thrilled to share this hidden gem with you and to co-create a deeply nourishing, inspiring and joyful week together.

Fly into Lisbon or Faro. Cocoon is just 2 hours south from Lisbon and slightly closer from Faro.

The retreat includes accommodations, meals, two yoga classes per day, sound healing offerings and full access to the property.

Flights and transportation to/from Cocoon. Renting a car from the airport is the best way to arrive at Cocoon and we can help organize carpools for those that wish to not rent a car.

Farm to table meals! Mostly vegetarian with occasional locally caught fish options. Gluten free / vegan options are easily accommodated.

This is the easiest way to arrive at Cocoon; however, we coordinate carpools with those who wish to catch a ride with a fellow retreat participant. Not everyone needs to rent a car.

Yoga classes will be a mix of slow flow/vinyasa, SATYA (yin style) and restorative. Daily practices also include pranayama, meditation and dharma discussions. Some classes will include sound healing and there will be separate sound healing offerings woven into the week.

Yes, through the end of the year we have 2 special discounts! If you sign up before January 1, you can save €200, and if you sign up with a friend or loved one you can each save €250.

The deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Once payment has been received, there are no refunds. If something comes up and you need to cancel, and someone on our waitlist wants to take your spot, we would refund you less $250; however, there is no guarantee that someone would be able to replace you.
